It’s onesie weather 🥰

I miss the summer so bad but I am really enjoying my winter wardrobe.

Thank you @beads4beat, I love it! I CAN recover and I WILL recover.

It’s #WorldMentalHealthDay, and the last few years I have either been at big events or shouting about it from the rooftops. But today I don’t much feel like it. Because we are fucking aware. YES there is still stigma and discrimination, don’t get me wrong, and we need to tackle that. But this goes much deeper than awareness now. We are talking and talking and talking to death - we need action. I’m tired of going to work and telling families that their children don’t meet the threshold for specialist mental health care. I’m tired of anorexia slowly killing me while I sit on an intangible waiting list. I’m tired of being told that the government are prioritising mental health whilst doing everything possible to prove this isn’t true. I’m just tired.

I don’t want a theme anymore. It’s hard work to keep up with and limits me. My account might not look neat and tidy and organised but hey, neither is my life right?!
