Each month I want to take the time to reflect on three things I’ve enjoyed – I find that reflection makes me appreciate things a lot more.
Fruit picking. I am lucky enough to live right near a fruit picking farm, and as it is getting near to the end of berry season my boyfriend and I went to make the most of the strawberries and raspberries. We were really lucky with the weather and got some amazing last minute treats for me and the bunnies to eat.
Holidays. This month I have booked my holiday to Japan next year and started booking Thailand! 2020 is going to be a year of adventures for me and I can’t wait.
Bullet Journal. I have been wanting to start a bullet journal for a long time but I knew I wouldn’t keep it up unless it had a purpose. I’ve decided now to dedicate one to my recovery, so I started the very beginnings of it earlier this week and I’m hoping that once I’ve had my assessment with the eating disorders team next week, I’ll know a littl bit more about how this journey is going to go.
