The Happiness Giveaway

So my little blog is a year old next month!

I honestly can’t believe that not only is it still going, but how it’s grown over the year. I’ve definitely learnt a lot along the way and I’m going to write a post all about that next month.

As a little thank you to everyone who has read, shared, liked and commented, I wanted to run a little giveaway.

I talk a lot about mental health and I’m sure most of you who read this have your own experiences too, which is why I felt it was fitting to do a nice positivity package!

This is what you could win:

The giveaway will close on the 31st August and the winner will be announced in September. Open to UK entrants only.

  4. Hi. I live/exist alongside mentalhealth illnesses. Have done since being a young child. No one believed back in 70s onwards.. their opinions were that if you can’t see it then it doesn’t exist!
I’m now 48. God knows how I’ve got to this age? So many failed suicide attempts…
I exist to help others with issues. Whether they be mentalhealth or any other issue.
I am loving, caring, understanding and empathetic to everyone.
I wish i knew how to do a blog or whatever these things are called. I think that if i could write my life story, then it would be a type of therapy for myself and would help others along the way.
If the pain and suffering I have suffered throughout my whole life really does help just one person to feel and live a better life then everything I’ve been through will have been worth it….
Good luck with your future writings and I hope to be able to read them and help others with your words as well as my own.

    • Thank you so much. Setting up a blog is so simple, WordPress is the one I found the easiest! It sounds like you have a story to tell that could help others and yourself – I totally agree, I find writing very cathartic. I hope you get to share your kindness with others x
